Twisted sticks

Ingredients:
300g                oil
300g                white vine
    1kg              flour
    1 teaspoon   baking powder
   ½ teaspoon   salt
100g                sesame
100g                poppy or cumin
1     egg

Preparation:
Knead oil, white vine and salt with flour mixed with baking powder. Stretch the crust thickness 1cm. Bespread the crust with mixed egg white and then with sesame. Turn the crust and bespread with mixed egg yolk and then with poppy or cumin or as you wish only with egg yolks. Cut the sticks width 1cm and length as you wish and twisted it. Line up into the baking tray. Bake it about 30min on 180°C - 356°F.

If you want Lenten bespread with hot water or little oil instead egg.

Uvrnuti stapici


Sastojci:

300g               ulja

300g               belog vina
    1kg             brasna

    1 kasicica   praska za pecivo

   ½ kasicice   soli

100g               susama

100g               maka ili kima

1                                  egg

Priprema:

Zamesite ulje, belo vino i so sa brasnom pomesanim sa praskom za pecivo. Razvite koru debljine 1cm. Premazite koru umucenim belancetom a onda utisnite susam. Okrenite koru i premazite umucenim zumancetom i utisnite mak ili kim ili ako zelite ostavite samo zumance. Secite stapice sirine 1cm i duzine koje zelite i uvrnite ih nekoliko puta. Poredjajte u pleh i pecite oko 30 minuta na temperaturi 180°C - 356°F.

Ako zelite posne stapice premazite koru toplom vodom ili sa malo ulja umesto jaja.
