Ingredient:
For black crust (measure
for one crust is in parentheses)
8 eggs (4 eggs)
10 tablespoon sugar (5
tablespoon sugar)
14 tablespoon ground walnuts
(7 tablespoon ground walnuts)
2 rib grated chocolate (1 rib grated chocolate)
4 tablespoon
flour (2 tablespoon flour)
some grated rind of lemon
For white crust:
5 egg white
6 tablespoon sugar
10 tablespoon
ground walnuts
1 tablespoon flour
For stuffing:
5 egg yolks
7-10 tablespoon sugar
4 rib chocolate
200g butter
Preparation:
Black crust:
Whisk 4 eggs with 5 tablespoon sugar with mixer, then mix with mixing
spoon add 7 tablespoon ground walnuts, 1 rib of grated chocolate, 2 tablespoon
flour and grated rind of lemon. Stir until the mixture becomes smooth. Put into
the baking tray and bake. Bake 2 crusts.
White crust:
Whisk 5 egg whites with 6 tablespoon sugar with mixer, then mix with
mixing spoon add 10 tablespoon ground walnuts and 1 tablespoon flour. Stir until
the mixture becomes smooth. Put into the baking tray and bake
Stuffing:
Stir with mixing spoon 5 egg yolks with 7-10 tablespoon sugar until
the mixture becomes smooth and then cook it by steaming. Cook until custard
thickens and add 4 rib chocolate. When the mass is fully equalize remove from
steaming and leave it to cool. In cool mass of stuffing add 200g stirring
butter and stir until the mixture becomes smooth.
Filling the cake: black
crust – stuffing – white crust – stuffing – black crust – stuffing.
Overflow the cake and
decorate as you like.

Priprema:
Crna kora:
Umutiti 4 jajeta sa 5 kasika secera mikserom a zatim varjacom mesati
dodajuci 7 kasika mlevenih oraha, 1 stanglu rendane cokolade, 2 kasike brasna i
rendanu koru limuna. Mesati dok se masa ne ujednaci. Sipati u pleh ili serpu za pecenje i
peci. Ispeci tako 2 kore.
Bela kora:
Umutiti 5 belanaca sa 6 kasika secera mikserom, a zatim mesajuci
varjacom dodati 10 kasika mlevenih oraha i 1 kasiku brasna. Mesati dok se masa
ne ujednaci. Sipati u pleh ili serpu za pecenje i peci.
Nadev:
Dobro umutiti varjacom 5 zumanaca sa 7 – 10 kasika secera a onda
kuvati na pari. Kuvati dok se fil ne zgusne a onda dodati 4 stangle cokolade. Kad se masa
potpuno izjednaci skloniti sa pare i ostaviti da se ohladi. U hladnu masu
dodati 200g umucenog maslaca i mutiti dok masa ne postane glatka.
Filovati tortu: crna kora –
fil – bela kora – fil – crna kora – fil.
Premazati celu tortu (i
stranice) filom i ukrasiti po zelji.
