Double roll with walnuts

Ingredients:
Ingredients for one roll - crust is in the parentheses.
For roll:
10                     eggs                  (5 eggs)
10 tablespoon   sugar                 (5 tablespoon sugar)
10 tablespoon   ground walnuts (5 tablespoon ground walnuts)
  2 tablespoon   flour                  (1 tablespoon flour)
  1 tablespoon   oil                      (½ tablespoon oil) it's easier you to bend
  1 teaspoon      cocoa for one roll
For filling:
600g        sugar
700g        ground walnuts
    1 cup   milk
   ½          nutmeg

Preparation:
Roll:
Whisk 5 eggs with 5 tablespoon sugar, 5 tablespoon ground walnuts and 1 tablespoon flour. Add ½ tablespoon oil, it’s easier you to bend. Pour into the oiled and sprinkled with flour baking tray. Bake it on 180°C - 356°F. When the crust is baked put it on wet napkin and rolls it.
Make 2 crusts. In other crust add cocoa to paint it.
Fill:
Boil milk and sugar and add walnuts in hotly milk. When it thickens add grated ½ nutmegs.
Direction:
One crust (white or black) daub with ½ mass with walnuts, put other crust and daub with the rest of mass (if you like to overflow roll with this mass leave some on side) and roll both crust together.
Roll can overflow with melted chocolate, with fill you make for roll or with whipped cream.

Dupli rolat sa orasima

Sastojci:
Sastojci za jednu koru-rolat su u zagradi.
Za rolat:
10                 jaja                      (5 jaja)
10 kasika      secera                 (5 kasika secera)
10 kasika      mlevenih oraha   (5 kasika mlevenih oraha)
  2 kasike      brasna                 (1 kasika brasna)
  1 kasika      ulja                      (½ kasika ulja) da se lakse uvije
  1 kasicica   kakaa
Za fil:
600g         secera
700g         mlevenih oraha
    1 splja   mleka
   ½          rendanog orascica

Priprema:
Rolat:
Umutiti 5 jaja sa 5 kasika secera, 5 kasika mlevenih oraha i 1 kasikom brasna. Dodati ½ kasicice ulja da se rolat lakse uvije. Sipati masu u duzi brasnom posut pleh i peci na 180°C - 356°F. Kad je kora gotova staviti je na mokru salvetu i uviti u rolat.
Napraviti 2 kore. U drugu koru dodati kasicicu kakaa zbog boje.
Fil:
Skuvati mleko i secer da se secer otopi pa u vrelo dodati mlevene orahe. Kad se masa ohladi izrendati ½ muskatnog orasceta i lepo izmesati..
Direction:
Staviti jednu koru (belu ili crnu po zelji) i premazati je polovinom fila. Zatim staviti drugu koru i premazati ostatkom fila. Ako zelite ovom masom da premazete rolat ostavite malo fila sa strane. Uvijte ovako filovane obe kore zajedno u jedan rolat.
Rolat mozete premazati otopljenom cokoladom, filom kojim je filovan ili slagom – po zelji.
