Sudžuk

Ingredients:
  1.5l      water
200g      sugar
250g      water
200g      sugar
200g      cornstarch
              extract of strawberries or raspberries to paint the mass and to taste too

Preparation:
Put to boil 1,5l of water and 200g sugar. In particular mix 250g water and 200g sugar with 200g of cornstarch. When water and sugar boil add slowly the mass with cornstarch. Cook to dense of pudding. In half of mass add the extract and pour first the white mass and then red mass in container. Leave to cold.

200g      gustina
              extract od jagode ili maline da oboji masu i za ukus takodje

Priprema:
Staviti da provri 1,5l vode i 200g secera. Posebno izmesati 250g vode i 200g secra sa 200g gustina. Kad je voda sa secerom provrela polako dodavati masu sa gustinom. Kuvati do gustine pudinga. U polovinu mase dodati extract pa izliti u posudu prvo beli deo a zatim crveni. Ostaviti da se ohladi i stegne.
