Lenja pita
Ingredients:
For dough:
250 g pork lard
250 g sugar
600 g flour
3
eggs
10 g
baking powder
20 g vanilla sugar
For filling:
1 kg
grated apples
to taste cinnamon
to taste
sugar
Preparation:
Apple mix with cinnamon and sugar and leave aside.
From all ingredients for dough knead the dough and
divide it in two pieces. One of them put in baking tray and press to get a flat
compact crust. Drain apples and arrange them evenly over the dough. The other parts
of dough tear into small pieces, make thinner and arrange all over the apples.
Bake on 200ºC
(392F) until the crust become golden brown and then reduce temperature to 150ºC (302F) and bake more 10 – 15 minutes. Remove
from oven and allow to cooling. Cold cookie cut into square pieces and spread
with vanilla sugar.
Note: You can make this cookie with cherry,
poppy, ... and the upper crust you can make with crumbled dough.

Za fil:
1 kg
rendanih jabuka
po ukusu cimeta
po ukusu secera
Priprema:
Jabuke pomesati sa cimetom i secerom i ostaviti na
stranu.
Od svih sastojaka za testo zamesiti testo i podeliti ga na dva jednaka
dela. Jedan deo staviti u pleh i dobro ga rasporediti i pritisnuti po plehu da
dobijete ravnu kompaktnu koru. Po ovoj kori ravnomerno poredjati iscedjene
jabuke. Preostali deo testa kidati na manje komade, rastanjiti ih i stavljati
preko jabuka formirajuci koru. Peci na 200ºC (392F) dok ne
porumeni, a zatim smanjiti temperaturu na 150ºC (302F) i peci jos 10 –
15 minuta. Izvaditi iz rerne i ostaviti da se ohladi. Hladan kolac seci na
kvadrate i posipati vanilin secerom.
Napomena: Ovu pitu mozete praviti i sa visnjama ili
makom ... a gornju koru mozete napraviti tako da izmrvite testo ako vam se vise
svidja.
