Biscuit cake - Keks torta



Biscuit cake


You can easy prepare this cake without bake.
Ingredients:
   1 kg        biscuits
milk with a little rum for dipping
For fill:
750 ml                milk
100 g                  pudding powder
250 g                  butter
250 g                  powdered sugar
100 g                  chocolate
    1 tablespoon   rum (or if like more, as your taste)
For decorations:
chocolate chips or grated chocolate or as you like whipped cream

Preparation:
Cook pudding in milk with sugar as usual. Leave aside to cool.
Whisk butter with powdered sugar to a foam and add into the cold pudding. Mix it to a compact mass and add melted chocolate and rum.
Direction:
Form a crust from biscuits. If you like round cake it is better to use round biscuits but if you prefer square cake it is better to use square biscuits.
Divide cookies on as many parts as you want for number of crust of cake.
Dip biscuits in milk with rum and arrange on plate next to another to a form of crust you wish. When you form the first crust daub it with fill. Repeat the process until you expend all material. Finish with fill. You can decorate with chocolate crumbs or grated chocolate or you can daub with whipped cream.
Note: If you like cakes with yellow cream don't add melted chocolate in fill.

Keks torta


Ovu tortu mozete lako napraviti. Ne pece se.
Sastojci:
   1 kg        keksas
Mleko sa malo ruma za namakanje keksa
Fill:
750 ml                mleka
100 g                  pudinga
250 g                  maslaca
250 g                  secera u prahu
100 g                  cokolade
    1 kasika          ruma (ili ako volite jaci ukus ruma moze i malo vise)
Za dekoraciju:
Cokoladne mrvice ili rendana cokolada ili ako vise volite slag

Priprema:
Skuvajte puding u mleku sa secerom kao i obicno. Ostaviti na stranu da se ohladi.
Umutiti penasto maslac sa secerom i dodati ohladjen puding. Izmesati da se dobije kompaktna masa a zatim dodati rastipljenu cokoladu i rum po ukusu.
Nacin formiranja torte:
Napraviti koru od keksa. Ako volite okruglu tortu upotrebite okrugle kekse, ali ako ise volite cetvrtaste torte bolje je koristiti cetvrtaste kekse.
Podeliti kekse na onoliko delova koliki broj kora zelite.
Umacite keks u mleko sa rumom i redjajte jedan do drugog u obliku kore koji zelite. Kad ste formirali koru premazite je filom. Ponovite postupak dok ne utrosite sav materijal. Zavrsite sa filom. Tortu mozete ukrasiti cokoladnim mrvicama ili rendanom cokoladom, a ako vise volite bele torte mozete je premazati i ukrasiti slagom.
Napomena: Ako zelite tortu sa zutim filom ne treba dodavati rastopljenu cokoladu u fil.
