For this interesting way of serving cake, you need – Za ovaj interesantan nacin serviranja kolaca, potrebno vam je:
Ingredients - sastojci:
- 1 whole Pound Cake - patispan
- 1 gallon Ice Cream (if you want to serve immediately or from freezer, but if you want to serve later as a cake you can make pudding or cream, chocolate cream, fruit cream or other fill you want) – sladoled (ako zelite odmah da servirate ili iz zamrzivaca, ali ako zelite da posluzite kasnije kao kolac mozete koristiti puding, krem, cokoladni ili vocni krem ili fil po zelji
- 1 package Oreo Cookies – pakovanje Oreo keksa
- 1 package Gummy Worms – pakovanje gumenih crvica
Other Things You'll Need:
- small Clay Flower Pots, Lead-free – male glinene saksije, bezolovne
- straws – slamcice (sire)
- fresh Cut Flowers – sveze rezano cvece

Preparation:
Slice the pound cake (frozen is fine) into 1 to 1 ½ inch slices. With a biscuit cutter or cookie cutter that fits the bottom of the flowerpot cut the slices into rounds. (If you desire, line the flowerpots with aluminum foil, stopping about 1/2 inch from the rim). Put slice of pound cake in each of flowerpots lightly pressing to make sure they are all the way down.
Ispecite patispan debljine 2.5 – 3.5 cm. Okruglom modlom isecite krugove velicine dna saksije. (Ako zelite saksiju mozete obloziti aluminijumskom folijom do oko 1.5 cm ispod vrha saksije). Stavite u svaku saksiju parce isecenog patispana polako pritisnite da lepo legne na dno saksije.

Hold a straw up against the side of a flowerpot and snip it so it’s about ½ to 1 inch shorter than the top. Then, just use that as a guide to cut the rest of the straws. (Note: You can skip the straw step if you are doing a worm version instead of a flower version). Stick each straw into the center of each pot, anchoring it into the cake.
Postavite slamku pored saksije i isecite na visinu za 1.5 – 2.5 cm kracu od saksije. Isecite sve slamke na tu duzinu. (Ako zelite da sluzite kolac sa crvima bez cveca onda vam nisu potrebne slamke) Stavite slamku u svaku saksiju zabadajuci je u patispan

Put your favorite ice cream (or pudding, or other cream or filling) around the straw almost the top of the straw. Clean up the top edges of the pot with a damp paper towel.
Stavite vas omiljeni sladoled (ili krem ili drugi fil) oko slamcice skoro do vrha slamcice. Obrisite ivice vlaznim ubrusom, (Ako pravite kolac sa crvima popunite filom saksiju do polovine i stavite nekoliko gumenih crvica a onda dopunite saksiju skoro do vrha stavljajuci opet nekoliko crvica)


 If you make cake with worm, put the ice cream or other filling up to the half, put some gummy worm and then put filling to the top.
Ako pravite kolac sa crvima popunite filom saksiju do polovine i stavite nekoliko gumenih crvica a onda dopunite saksiju skoro do vrha stavljajuci opet nekoliko crvica.


Grind the Oreo cookies in blender until you have nice, rich topsoil. Take the pots out of the freezer and put it (crushed Oreos) over the top. Be generous here! Place a fresh flower into the straw and then cover the straw with a bit more dirt.
Sameljite Oreo keks u blenderu tako da dobijete "lepu, bogatu zemlju". Uzmite saksije iz zamrzivaca i stavite "zemlju" na vrh (preko sladoleda). Stavite dosta "zemlje" – bice lepse i ukusnije. U slamku zabodite sveze cvetove, pospite jos malo "zemlje" i posluzite.
