Diet with cabbage

 Soup is required every day and in unlimited quantities.

Soup:      6 large onion
           1- 2 of a canned tomatoes
               1 large head of cabbage
               2 green peppers
                 seasoning or cube for soup
                 season with salt, pepper, parsley, curry...

How preparing the soup:
Vegetables are cut into medium pieces and poured water. 10 minutes is cooked on high temperature, and then gently until tender. You can eat this soup unlimited.

I day:  all fruits - except almond, soup, unsweetened tea and water

II day:  all boiled vegetables except beans, peas and corn. For dinner boiled potatoes with butter

III day:  soup, fruit and vegetables, without potatoes.

IV day:  soup, skim milk and bananas to 6.

V day:  beef and tomatoes. It can be eaten 300g - 600g beef and 6 tomatoes. This day to drink 6-8 glasses of water, soup at least once a day.

VI day:  beef and vegetables. This day can be eaten 2-3 stack with various vegetables, no potatoes, and soup mandatory.

VII day:  the yellow rice, unsweetened fruit juice, vegetables and soup mandatory.

During the diet does not take alcohol but black coffee you can. Do not eat anything fried and don't eat bread. Instead of beef can be cooked fish or chicken.

Kupus dijeta

Supa je obavezna svakog dana i to u neogranicenim kolicinama.
Supa :  6 velikih glavica luka
1-      2 velike konzerve paradajza
             1  velika glavica kupusa
                   2  zelene paprike
          vegeta ili kocka za supu
                 zaciniti solju, biberom, persunom , karijem...

 Priprema supe:
Povrce se isece na srednje komade i prelije vodom.  10  minuta se kuva na jacoj temperaturi, a zatim na laganoj dok ne omeksa. Jede se neograniceno.

I    dan  :  svo voce osim badema, supa, nezasladjen caj i voda

II  dan  :  svo povrce kuvano osim pasulja, graska i kukuruza. Za veceru kuvani krompir sa puterom

III dan  :  supa, povrce i voce bez krompira.

IV dan  :  supa, obrano mleko i do 6 banana.

V  dan :  junetina i paradajz. Moze se pojesti  300g – 600g  junetine i  6 paradajza. Ovog dana popiti  6-8  casa vode, supa barem jednom u toku dana.

VI dan : juetina i povrce. Ovog dana moze se pojesti  2-3  steka sa raznim povrcem, bez krompira,  i supa.

VII dan :  zuti pirinac, nezasladjen vocni sok, povrce i supa obavezno.

Tokom dijete ne uzimati alkohol, moze crna kafa. Ne jesti nista przeno niti hleb. Umesto junetine moze kuvana riba ili piletina.
