Orange diet
Breakfast is the
same during all 15 days of the diet consists of:
1 orange (or pear, peach, slice of melon or
watermelon)
1 toast
1 cup of coffee or tea without sugar
I day: lunch
- 1 orange
1 boiled egg
1 sour cream
dinner
- 2 tomatoes
or
2 dl cooked tomatoes
½ green salads
or
1 cucumber
II day: lunch -
1 orange
1 boiled egg
1 sour cream
2 toast
dinner - 125g minced beef
1 tomato
1 orange
1 toast
1 cup of coffee or tea
III day: lunch
- 1 orange
1 boiled egg
1 sour cream
1 head of lettuce
or
2 cucumbers
dinner - 125g minced meat
1 orange
1 toast
1 cup of coffee or tea
IV day: lunch - 125g cottage cheese
1 tomato
or
1 dl cooked tomatoes
1 toast
dinner
- 125g minced
meat
2 tomatoes
1 apple
1 toast
V day: lunch - 200g of cooked meat or fish
1 tomato
1 toast
dinner
- ½ kg boiled
vegetables (carrot, pea, potato)
1 boiled egg
1 tomato
- in meat and cooked vegetables add spice
After 5 days, you can lose 2.5 to 5 pounds. After 5
days of dieting, repeat this 5 day of diet three times. After 15 days, you can
lose up to 15 pounds. Those pounds don't come back even you eat normally after
diet, except on Mondays when you would be eating the following:
Breakfast: 1 cup of lemon juice without
sugar
Lunch: 1 apple
1 toast
Dinner: 1 boiled egg
1 tomato 1 toast
During a diet without alcohol. Those foods can be
taken hot or cold, but it is important to take foodstuffs in this order,
without omitted anyone. The system has been tested. If not taken in this order
or being mixed NO results.

Nakon 5 dana izgubi se 2,5 do 5kg. Nakon
5 dana dijeta se ponavlja i tako tri puta po 5 dana. Za
15 dana izgubi se 15kg i necete ih vise dobiti ukoliko nakon dijete
jedete normalno osim svakog ponedeljka kada treba jesti sledece :

Za vreme dijete bez alkohola. Navedene namirnice
mogu se uzimati tople ili hladne, ali je vazno namirnice uzimati ovim redom i
ni jednu ne izostaviti. Sistem je ispitan. Ukoliko se ne uzima datim redom ili
se izmesa N E M
