Measuring without measurement scales
Often it happens that you need to measure something in a
hurry and do not have a scale handy. And now what, for 50 gamma of flour should
take and mount the scale ... there really is no need! A lot of recipes can
succeed with similar measures. Here are a few tips on how to measure commonly
used ingredients in the kitchen without kitchen scales.
