Diet
for three months
Breakfast is always the same: FRUIT.
I day:       lunch  - 3 boiled eggs, a slice of cheese, salad in
unlimited quantities and piece
                              of bread
                              or
                              3 small piece of
meat
                 dinner  - ½ of lunch
II day:      lunch
 - steamed vegetables, lettuce and 1
slice of bread
                dinner  - ½ of lunch
III day:    lunch
 - pastry and salad
                dinner  - 2 cakes or ice cream
Every evening eat 1 bar of chocolate.
IV day:                all day only fruits.
This four day repeated 3
months. For the 3 months, you can weaken up to 20 pounds depending on how much
excess weight you have.

barena jajeta, parce sira, salata u neogranicenim kolicinama i                                                    parce
hleba

                                                3 manja parceta mesa
                          vecera     -     ½  od rucka

dan :             rucak       -  
dinstano povrce, salata i  i  parce hleba
                         vecera      -  
½  od rucka
III dan :           rucak        -  
testo i salata
                        vecera       -   2
kolaca   ili sladoled
Svako vece po 1  stangla cokolade.
IV dan :                              ceo
dan samo voce.
Ova cetiri dana
ponavljati  3  meseca. Za ta 
3  meseca se oslabi i do  20kg  u
zavisnosti koliko viska kilograma imate.
