Rolls of dried figs - Rolat od suvih smokava



Rolls of dried figs


Ingredients:
250 g    sugar
250 g    dried figs
300 g    raisins
300 g    chopped walnuts
100 g    ground walnuts
1       lemon

Preparation:
Melt sugar with some water in low heat. In that mass put lemon cut into circles. When the sugar is so thick that the spoon drop two drops remove from the stove, take out the slices of lemon and add into the mass finely chopped dried figs, raisins and chopped walnuts. Grind 100 g walnuts and ½ of that add to mass. Mix it well and roll the mass. Sprinkle roll with other ½ of grinded walnuts.

Rolat od suvih smokava


Sastojci:
250 g    secera
250 g    suvih smokava
300 g    suvog grozdja
300 g    seckanih oraha
100 g    mlevenih oraha
1       limun

Priprema:
Uspinovati secer sa malo vode na tihoj vatri. Iseci limu na krugove i dodati seceru. Kad se sirup zgusne tako da sa kasike kaplju dve kapi skloniti sa vatre i izvaditi limun. U sirup dodati sitno iseckane suve smokve, suvo grozdje i seckane orahe. Samleti 100 g oraha i polovinu mase (50 g) dodati u ovu masu i dobro izmesati – izmesiti da se dobije kompaktna masa. Od mase formirati rolat i posuti ga sa preostalim mlevenim orasima.

Fasting nuts


Ingredients:
250 g                   ground walnuts
250 g                   powdered sugar
    1                      lemon (juice of 1 lemon)
    1 tablespoon    cocoa

Preparation:
Mix ground walnuts and sugar. Add juice of 1 lemon and knead the mass. Divide the mass into the two parts. One of those parts left as it is and in the other add cocoa stirred in a small amount of water and mix to equalize the mass. Make small balls of white mass and wrap them in a thin layer of dark mass to look like nuts. If you want, you can roll balls in granulated sugar, ground walnuts or grated chocolate. Alternatively, you can left them as them are. Put them into the paper cases and leave for 2 - 3 days to be dried.

Posni orascici

Sastojci:
250 g                   mlevenih oraha
250 g                   secera u prahu
    1                      limunn (sok od 1 limuna)
    1 kasika           kakaa

Priprema:
Izmesati mlevene orahe i secer pa dodati sok od 1 limuna i zamestit masu kao testo. Podeliti masu na dva dela i jedan deo ostaviti kakav jeste a u drugi dodati kasiku kakaa razmucenu u malo vode i izmesati da se masa izjednaci. Praviti male loptice od bele mase pa ih uvijati u tanak sloj tamne mase tako da izgledaju kao orasi. Ako zelite mozete gotove loptice uvaljati u kristal secer, mlevene orahe ili rendanu cokoladu, a mozete ih ostaviti kakve jesu. Staviti loprice u papirne korpice i ostaviti 2 - 3 dana da se osuse.

Rolls with beer - Kiflice posne sa pivom

Rolls with beer

Ingredients:
For dough:
700 g                   flour
  10 g                   baking powder
100 g                   walnut
    4 coffee cups   oil
    2 coffee cups   beer
For fill:
jam
For syrup:
300 g       sugar
250 g       water
1          lemon – juice of 1 lemon
For spreading:
grinded walnuts

Preparation:
Add baking powder and 100 g walnuts in flour and stir it. Add 4 coffee cup oil and 2 coffee cup beer and knead smooth dough. Develop a crust and cut triangles. On the each triangle put jam and roll on. Baked rolls put in warm syrup about minute that they absorb syrup and became soft. Take out of syrup and spread with grinded walnuts.
Syrup:
Melt sugar in water. Add lemon juice and boil on the stove to dense it that from spoon drips 2 drops in the same time when you pour out syrup from spoon.
Note:
You can spread with coconut, hazelnut, peanuts or ... as you wish.

Kiflice sa pivom

Sastojci:
Za testo:
700 g                   brasna
  10 g                   praska za pecivo
100 g                   oraha
    4 kafene soljice   ulja
    2 kafene soljice   piva
Za fil:
dzem
Za sirup:
300 g       secera
250 g       vode
1          limun – sok od 1 limuna
Za posipanje:
Mleveni orasi

Priprema:
Pomesati brasno sa praskom za pecivo i 100 g mlevenih oraha. Dodati 4 soljice ulja i 2 soljice piva pa zamesiti glatko testo. Razviti koru i seci trouglove. Na svaki trougao stavljati dzem i praviti kiflice. Pecene kiflice spustati u vruc sirup da upiju i postanu mekane. Natopljene kiflice vaditi iz sirupa i posipati mlevenim orasima.
Sirup:
Rastopiti secer u vodi, dodati sok od limuna i kuvati dok se ne ugusti tako da kad se sirup izlije iz kasike sa kasike padaju 2 kapi u isto vreme.
Napomena:
Mozete posipati kokosom, lesnikom, kikirikijem ili ... cime vi zelite.

Ingredients:
    1 kg                flour (can mixed flour: half rye - half white flour, whole-wheat flour and white flour)
 0,3 l                    beer
    6 coffee cups  oil about 6 dl
    2 teaspoon      salt
    1                     baking powder - 2 teaspoon
100 g              sesame - also can add linseed, sunflower and/or pumpkin seeds too or all of this

Preparation:
Kneed all ingredients (mix flour with baking powder, salt and seeds and then add beer and oil) and make balls. Put the balls in press

if you have old press like this

bake on stove
or put the balls in modern press for baking.

Slane "Galete"


Kolac sa pivom, veoma ukusan uz pivo sa drustvom ili ukusna slana grickalica uz gledanje TV, ili … istrazite sami kako i gde cete jesti ovaj ukusan kolacic. Uzivajte!

 Saatojci:
    1 kg                  brasna (moze se mesati brasno: pola razano – pola belo; integralno od celog zrna psenice i belo ili vec po vasoj zelji)
 0,3 l                        piva
    6 kafenih soljica  ulja oko 6dl
    2 kasicice            soli
    1                          prasak za pecivo oko 2 kasicice
100 g                       susama – takodje se moze dodati laneno seme, suncokretovo seme i/ili seme bundeve ili sve zajedno

Priprema:
Zamesiti testo od svih sastojaka (pomesati brasno, prasak za pecivo, so i semenke pa zatim dodati pivo i ulje) i praviti loptice. Stavljati loptice u presu ako imate staru i peci na ringli sporeta ili stavljati u elektricnu presu i peci.

Chutney with horseradish and green tomato - Ajvar sa renom i zelenim paradajzom





Chutney with horseradish and green tomato


Ingredients:
    3 kg   red peppers
    3 kg   green tomato
300 g     horseradish
   ½ l      oil

Preparation:
Wash peppers and clean them of seeds. Grind peppers and green tomato on the meat machine and cook until all the water has evaporated. Add horseradish and add slowly hot oil. Fry until to absorb oil and then put in hot jar. Close and leave to cool wrapped in a blanket. Cold chutney leave until use.

Ajvar sa renom i zelenim paradajzom


Sastojci:
    3 kg   crvenih paprika
    3 kg   zelenog paradajza
300 g     rena
   ½ l      ulja

Priprema:
Oprati paprika i ocistiti ih od semena. Samleti paprika i zeleni paradajz na masini za meso pa dinstati dok sva voda ne uvri. Dodati ren i polako dadavati vrelo ulje. Prziti dok se masa ne sjedini i upije svo ulje a zatim ajvar sipati u vruce tegle. Zatvoriti tegle i ostaviti da se ohladi umotano u cebe. Hladan ajvar ostaviti do upotrebe.
