Cookies with plums - Kolac sa sljivama



Cookies with plums

Ingredients:
For dough:
200g                       flour
100g                       margarine or butter
100g                       sugar
    1 teaspoon          baking powder
    1 cup of coffee   milk
    1kg                     plums
For crumbs:
100g                       flour
  50g                       margarine or butter
  50g                       sugar
                               cinnamon and vanilla

Preparation:
Mix all ingredients for dough and develop the dough in baking tray. Take out seeds from plums and halve the plums. Align the plums over the dough and sprinkle with sugar.
Crumbs:
Melt the margarine or butter and mix in all other ingredients. Sprinkle the crumbs over the plums and bake the cake.

Kolac sa sljivama

Sastojci:
Za testo:
200g                       brasna
100g                       margarina ili maslaca
100g                       secera
    1 kasicica           praska za pecivo
    1 soljica             mleka
    1kg                     sljiva
Za mrvice:
100g                       brasna
  50g                       margarina ili maslaca
  50g                       secera
                               cimet i vanila

Priprema:
Izmesati sve sastojke za testo i razviti koru u pleh. Sljivama izvaditi koscice i perepoloviti ih. Poredjati ih po testu i posuti secerom.
Mrvice:
Otopiti margarin ili maslac i umesati ostale sastojke pa mrvice posuti po sljivama i peci kolac.
