Russian salad cake

Ingredients:
For crust (you can bake one crust and cut it on three pieces to make 3 crust, or if it is easier to you, you can bake 3 crust. In that way, for 3 separate crusts the measure for one crust is in parentheses)
12                     eggs                  (4 egg)
12 tablespoon   sugar                 (4 tablespoon sugar)
  6 tablespoon   ground walnuts (2 tablespoon ground walnuts)
  6 tablespoon   flour                  (2 tablespoon flour)
For fill:
  6                     egg yolk
  6 tablespoon   sugar
  5 tablespoon   sharply flour
 ¾ l                   milk
2-4 teaspoon    vanilla sugar
150g                 butter
250g                 powdered sugar
100g                 chopped walnuts
100g                 chopped dates
100g                 raisins
100g                 chopped jelly candy
For whipped cream:
    6                     egg white
    6 tablespoon   sugar

Preparation:
Crust:
Whisk egg white with sugar to foam and then add egg yolks, ground walnuts and flour mixing with mixing spoon. Pour the mass into the mold and bake. Finished crust leave to cold and then if you make 1 crust cut it into 3 pieces to make 3 crust.
Fill:
Stir the egg yolks with sugar and mix it well. Then add sharply flour. Mix it with mixing spoon adding a little cold milk and then put the mass slowly in warm but not hotly milk. Cook the cream. Add the vanilla sugar and when the cream is thick enough remove it from stove. Leave cream to cold. During that time you can mix butter and powdered sugar. When cream is cold add butter and chopped walnuts, dates, raisins and jelly candy and mix it with mixing spoon.
Daub every crust with fill.
Whipped cream:
Whisk egg white and sugar to a hard pick and daub the cake. Decorate with jelly candy, walnuts, raisins and dates as you like.
If you like yellow cake take a little mass of cream before you add the walnuts, raisins dates and jelly candy into the cream and with that daub the cake. In that case you have 6 egg whites over measure.

Torta Ruska salata

Sastojci:
Za koru: (mozete peci jednu koru pa je preseci na 3 dela tako da dobijete tri kore, ili mozete peci 3 kore ako vam je lakse. U tom slucaju, ako pecete 3 posebne kore, mera za jednu koru je u zagradi)
12                     jaja                    (4 jaja)
12 kasika         secera                (4 kasika secera)
  6 kasika         mlevenih oraha (2 kasike mlevenih oraha)
  6 kasika         brasna               (2 kasika brasna)
Za fil:
  6                     zumanaca
  6 kasika          secera
  5 kasika          ostrog brasna
 ¾ l                   mlaka
2-4 kasicice     vanilin secera
150g                 maslaca
250g                 secera u prahu
100g                 seckanih oraha
100g                 seckanih urmi
100g                 suvog grozdja
100g                 seckanih zele bonbona
Za sam:
    6                     belanaca
    6 kasika          secera

Priprema:
Kora:
Umutiti belanca sa secerom pa dodati zumanca, mlevene orahe i brasno i promesati varjacom. Sipati masu u kalup i peci, Pecenu koru ostaviti da se ohladi, a onda ako ste pekli 1 koru presecite je na tri dela, da dobijete 3 kore..
Fil:
Dobro umutiti zumanca sa secerom pa dodati ostro brasno. Mesajici varjacom dodati malo hladnog mleka a zatim masu polako sipati u vruce ali ne vrelo mleko. Kuvati krem. Dodati vanilin secer i kad je krem dovoljno gust skloniti ga sa vatre. Ostaviti krem da se ohladi. Za to vreme mozete umutiti maslac sa prah secerom. Kad je krem hladan dodati lepo umucen maslac, a zatim ceckane orahe, urme suvo grozdje i zele bonbone. Masu lepo izjednaciti mesajuci varjacom.
Premazati svaku koru filom.
Sam:
Umutiti belanca sa secerom u cvrst sam i premazati celu tortu. Dekorisite orasima, zele bonbonama, urmama i suvim grozdjem kako zelite.
Ako zelite zutu tortu odvojte malo krema pre nego u njega stavite suvo voce i zele bonbone i time premazite celu tortu. U tom slucaju imate 6 belanaca viska.
