Rolls with beer
Ingredients:
For dough:
700 g flour
10 g
baking powder
100 g walnut
4 coffee cups oil
2 coffee cups beer
For fill:
jam
For syrup:
300 g sugar
250 g water
1 lemon – juice of 1 lemon
For spreading:
grinded walnuts
Preparation:
Add baking powder and 100 g
walnuts in flour and stir it. Add 4 coffee cup oil and 2 coffee cup beer and knead
smooth dough. Develop a crust and cut triangles. On the each triangle put jam
and roll on. Baked rolls put in warm syrup about minute that they absorb syrup
and became soft. Take out of syrup and spread with grinded walnuts.
Syrup:
Melt sugar in water. Add lemon
juice and boil on the stove to dense it that from spoon drips 2 drops in the
same time when you pour out syrup from spoon.
Note:
You can spread with coconut,
hazelnut, peanuts or ... as you wish.

Kiflice sa pivom
Sastojci:
Za testo:
700 g brasna
10 g
praska za pecivo
100 g oraha
4 kafene
soljice ulja
2 kafene
soljice piva
Za fil:
dzem
Za sirup:
300 g secera
250 g vode
1 limun – sok od 1 limuna
Za posipanje:
Mleveni orasi
Priprema:
Pomesati brasno sa praskom za
pecivo i 100 g mlevenih oraha. Dodati 4 soljice ulja i 2 soljice piva pa
zamesiti glatko testo. Razviti koru i seci trouglove. Na svaki trougao
stavljati dzem i praviti kiflice. Pecene kiflice spustati u vruc sirup da upiju
i postanu mekane. Natopljene kiflice vaditi iz sirupa i posipati mlevenim
orasima.
Sirup:
Rastopiti secer u vodi, dodati
sok od limuna i kuvati dok se ne ugusti tako da kad se sirup izlije iz kasike
sa kasike padaju 2 kapi u isto vreme.
Napomena:
Mozete
posipati kokosom, lesnikom, kikirikijem ili ... cime vi zelite.
