10 days 11 pounds less
I day: breakfast - fruit
lunch
- tuna 250g or 250g champignons or 2 cooked steak
dinner - 1 yogurt or sour milk and 1 ½
slice of black bread
II day: breakfast
- fruit
lunch - beans or potato salad
dinner - rice or potato salad
III day: breakfast - fruit
lunch
- vegetarian pizza or 2 pretzel
dinner
- 2 slices of cake or cakes or 4 bars of chocolate
IV day: breakfast - fruit
lunch - cooked cabbage or fruit salad
dinner - cooked green beans or fruit salad
V day: just water. Can mineral or yogurt if you can
not stand just on the water.
Repeat these 5 days once again.

vecera -- kuvana boranija ili vocna salata
V dan samo voda. Moze mineralna ili jogurt ako ne
mozete da izdrzite samo na vodi.
Ponoviti ovih 5 dana
