Cake with almonds - Torta sa bademima

Cake with almonds
This recipe I find in newspaper. Reading the ingredients and preparing I think, in fact I'm sure, that it is very tasty and not difficult to prepare. I love cakes like this and as I can't wait to share it with you, I post it now.
Ingredients:
For crust:
    5                          eggs
    3 tablespoon        warm water
130g                         brown sugar
  40g                         cornstarch
  90g                         white flour
    3 tablespoon         cocoa powder
    1 teaspoon (12g)   backing powder (1 bag)
    1 teaspoon             cinnamon
For fill:
    4                      eggs
300g                    black chocolate
 2-3 tablespoon    brown sugar
    2 bag (12g)      vanilla sugar
100g                    margarine or butter (optionally ½ + ½)
200g                    ground almonds
For decoration:
  80g      whipped cream
300g      milk
Preparation:
Crust:
Beat eggs to a foam, add warm water, sugar and whisk until the sugar melts. Add than flour, cornstarch, cinnamon, backing powder and cocoa powder and mix the mass slowly until it combines. Pour into the backing try and bake 10 – 15 minutes on 200ºC - 392ºF.
Bake 3 crusts. Ready-made crust sprinkle with milk so it not is dry.
Fill:
Whisk eggs with sugar on the steam. When sugar is melted, add chocolate and stir until chocolate melt. Cook on steam to the required density (as you probably know until on the bottom of saucepan you can see the trace of mixing scoop). Remove the saucepan from steam and leave to cold. When the cream is cold add mixing (if you want that your fill would be foamed) margarine (or butter) and add ground almonds and mix to compact.
Ready-made crusts coat with fill one by one and on the end, whole cake grease filling and decorate with whipping cream.

Torta sa bademima
Ovaj recept sam pronasla u novinama. Citajuci sastav i nacin pripreme mislim, u stvari – sigurna sam, da je vrlo ukusan i nije tezak za pripremu. Ja volim ovakve torte sa kuvanim filom i mlevenim orasima, bademima, lesnicima, ... i kako nisam mogla da cekam resila sam da ovaj recept odmah podelim sa vama.
Sastojci:
Za koru:
    5                          jaja
    3 kasika               vruce vode
130g                        smedjeg secera
  40g                        gustina
  90g                        belog brasna
    3 kasike               kakao praha
    1 kasicica (12g)   praska za pecivo (1 kesica)
    1 kasicica            cimeta
Za fil:
    4                          jaja
300g                        cokolade za kuvanje
 2-3 kasike               smedjeg secera
    2 kasicice (12g)   vanilin secera
100g                        margarina ili maslaca (po zelji ½ + ½)
200g                        mlevenih badema
Za dekoraciju:
  80g      slaga
300g      mleka
Priprema:
Kora:
Umutiti penasto jaja pa dodati vrucu vodu, secer i mutiti dok se secer ne istopi, a zatim dodati brasno, gustin, cimet, prasak za pecivo i kakao i polako mesati dok se masa ne ujednaci. Masu sipati u pleh ili modlu za pecenje i peci 10 – 15 minuta na 200ºC - 392ºF.
Ispeci 3 kore. Pecene kore poprskati mlekom kako ne bi bile suve.
Fil:
Umutiti jaja sa secerom na pari. Kada se secer otopi i krem se lepo ukuva dodati cokoladu. Mesati dok se cokolada ne rastopi. Kuvati na pari dok se ne dobije potrebna gustina (kao sto vec sigurno znate to je dok na dnu posude ne ostaje trag od varjace). Skloniti sa pare i  ostaviti da se ohladi. U ohladjen fil dodati umucen (ako zelite da vas krem-fil bude penast i vazdusast) margarin (ili maslac) i dodati mlevene bademe. Mesati dok se masa ne ujednaci.
Pripremljene kore premazivati filom redom i na kraju celu tortu premazati filom. Ukrasiti slagom.

Biscuit cake - Keks torta

Biscuit cake
You can easy prepare this cake without bake.
Ingredients:
   1 kg        biscuits
milk with a little rum for dipping
For fill:
750 ml                milk
100 g                  pudding powder
250 g                  butter
250 g                  powdered sugar
100 g                  chocolate
    1 tablespoon   rum (or if like more, as your taste)
For decorations:
chocolate chips or grated chocolate or as you like whipped cream
Preparation:
Cook pudding in milk with sugar as usual. Leave aside to cool.
Whisk butter with powdered sugar to a foam and add into the cold pudding. Mix it to a compact mass and add melted chocolate and rum.
Direction:
Form a crust from biscuits. If you like round cake it is better to use round biscuits but if you prefer square cake it is better to use square biscuits.
Divide cookies on as many parts as you want for number of crust of cake.
Dip biscuits in milk with rum and arrange on plate next to another to a form of crust you wish. When you form the first crust daub it with fill. Repeat the process until you expend all material. Finish with fill. You can decorate with chocolate crumbs or grated chocolate or you can daub with whipped cream.
Note: If you like cakes with yellow cream don't add melted chocolate in fill.

Keks torta
Ovu tortu mozete lako napraviti. Ne pece se.
Sastojci:
   1 kg        keksas
Mleko sa malo ruma za namakanje keksa
Fill:
750 ml                mleka
100 g                  pudinga
250 g                  maslaca
250 g                  secera u prahu
100 g                  cokolade
    1 kasika          ruma (ili ako volite jaci ukus ruma moze i malo vise)
Za dekoraciju:
Cokoladne mrvice ili rendana cokolada ili ako vise volite slag
Priprema:
Skuvajte puding u mleku sa secerom kao i obicno. Ostaviti na stranu da se ohladi.
Umutiti penasto maslac sa secerom i dodati ohladjen puding. Izmesati da se dobije kompaktna masa a zatim dodati rastipljenu cokoladu i rum po ukusu.
Nacin formiranja torte:
Napraviti koru od keksa. Ako volite okruglu tortu upotrebite okrugle kekse, ali ako ise volite cetvrtaste torte bolje je koristiti cetvrtaste kekse.
Podeliti kekse na onoliko delova koliki broj kora zelite.
Umacite keks u mleko sa rumom i redjajte jedan do drugog u obliku kore koji zelite. Kad ste formirali koru premazite je filom. Ponovite postupak dok ne utrosite sav materijal. Zavrsite sa filom. Tortu mozete ukrasiti cokoladnim mrvicama ili rendanom cokoladom, a ako vise volite bele torte mozete je premazati i ukrasiti slagom.
Napomena: Ako zelite tortu sa zutim filom ne treba dodavati rastopljenu cokoladu u fil.

Lemon cake - Limun torta

Lemon cake
Ingredients:
For yellow crust:
  4                     eggs
  8 tablespoon   sugar
  4 tablespoon   oil
  4 tablespoon   milk
  8 tablespoon   flour
10 g                  baking powder
For dark crust:
  4                     eggs
  8 tablespoon   sugar
  4 tablespoon   oil
  4 tablespoon   milk
  8 tablespoon   flour
10 g                  baking powder
  1 tablespoon   cocoa
For fill:
1 l       milk
    8 tablespoon   flour
250 g                  margarine or butter
250 g                  powdered sugar
1                     lemon (grated rind and juice)
  10 g                  vanilla sugar
Preparation:
Yellow crust:
Whisk 4 eggs with 8 tablespoon sugar until sugar melt. Add 4 tablespoon oil; 4 tablespoon milk; 8 tablespoon flour and 10 g baking powder and mix it with mixing spoon to get a compact mass. Pour into mold for cake and bake about 20-30 minutes on 200ºC (392F). Remove crust from mold. Allow crust to cool and then cut through the middle into the 2 crust.
Dark crust:
Make it like yellow crust except add cocoa into the mass.
Fill:
Boil 1 l milk with 8 tablespoon flour. Remove from stove and allow cooling.
Mix 250 g butter (optionally half butter – half margarine or you can use only margarine as you wish) with 250 g powdered sugar until sugar is melted. Add grated rind and juice of 1 lemon and 10 g vanilla sugar.
When boiled milk is cold mix it with butter.
Make cake on this way: Put on plate yellow crust, spread with filling. Then put on it dark crust and so alternately. Spread all cake with fill and sprinkle with grinded walnuts.
Note: Schedule of yellow and dark crust according to your wishes. Also you can put slices of fresh fruit or candies fruit jelly on the fill between crusts. You can decorate cake with slices of fruits, or with candied fruit jelly, or with chocolate ... Decoration by the current mood.

Limun torta

Sastojci:
Za zutu koru:
  4              jajeta
  8 kasika   secera
  4 kasika   ulja
  4 kasika   mleka
  8 kasika   brasna
10 g           praska za pecivo
Za tamnu koru:
  4              jajeta
  8 kasika   secera
  4 kasika   ulja
  4 kasika   mleka
  8 kasika   brasna
10 g           praska za pecivo
  1 kasika   kakaa
Za fil:
1 l            mleka
8 kasika   brasna
250 g       margarina ili maslaca
250 g       secera u prahu
1          limun (rendana kora i sok)
  10 g       vanilin secera
Priprema:
Zuta kora:
Mutiti 4 jajeta sa 8 kasika secera dok se secer ne rastopi. Dodati 4 kasike ulja; 4 kasike mleka; 8 kasika brasna i 10 g praska za pecivo i mesati varjacom dok se ne dobije kompaktna masa. Sipati u kalup za tortu i peci oko 20-30 minuta na 200ºC (392F). Izvaditi koru iz kalupa i ostaviti da se ohladi. Iseci koru preko sredine kako bi se dobile 2 kore.
Tamna kora:
Napraviti koru isto kao i zutu samo dodati u masu kakao.
Fil:
Kuvati 1 l mleka sa 8 kasika brasna. Skloniti sa sporeta i ostaviti da se ohladi.
izmesati 250 g maslaca (po zelji pola maslac – pola margarin ili sve margarin) sa 250 g secera u prahu dok se secer ne istopi. Dodati rendanu koru i sok od 1 limuna i 10 g vanilin secera.
Kad je kuvani krem od mleka ohladjen pomesati ga sa umucenim maslacem.
Praviti tortu na sledeci nacin: Staviti na posluzavnik zutu koru, premazati je filom pa na nju staviti tamnu i tako redom. Premazati celu tortu filom i posuti mlevenim orasima.
Napomena: Redosled zutih i tamnih kora po vasoj zelji. Takodje mogu se staviti parcici svezeg ili kandiranog voca na fil izmedju kora. Torta se moze ukrasiti i kriskama voca ili kandiranim vocem ili cokoladom ... umesto oraha. Dekoracija prema trenutnom raspolozenju.
