Homemade chocolate - Domaca cokolada


Homemade chocolate

Ingredients:
   1kg   sugar
1,5dl    water
250g    margarine
500g    dried milk
150g    cocoa
little     extract vanilla

Preparation:
Mix margarine with dried milk and add cocoa and extract of vanilla. Separately cook 1kg sugars with 1,5dl water for 9 minutes. Leave to cold for 7 minutes and then pour in prepared mass of margarine, milk, cocoa and vanilla. Knead the mass and pour into container coated with oil.

If you like you can add to these mass almonds, hazelnuts, raisins or whatever you like.

Domaca cikolada

Sastojci:
   1kg   secera
1,5dl    vode
250g    margarina
500g    mleka u prahu
150g    cacaa
little     extract vanile

Priprema:
Umutiti margarin sa mlekom u prahu, kakaom i extractom vanile. Odvojeno kuvati secer sa vodom 9 minuta. Ostaviti da se ohladi 7 minuta pa odmah zatim dodati u masu sa margarinom, mlekom, kakaom i vanilom i lepo izmesati - zamesiti pa sipati u posudu premazanu uljem.

Ako zelite mozete masi dodati bademe, lesnike, suvo grozdje ili sta god volite sa cokoladom.
