Cantaloupe Jam
Ingredients:
1kg cantaloupe cut into cubes
750g sugar
1 glass
water
1 juice
from 1 lemon
1bag vanilla sugar or beans from 1 vanilla
Preparation:
Cook thick syrup of 1 glass of
water and 750g sugar. Add cantaloupe cut into cubes and cook 5 minutes. Add
juice of lemon and vanilla and cook until the mixture becomes glassy and starts
to be a jelly. Pour into the warm jar.

Dzem
od dinje
Sastojci:
1kg dinje secene na kockice
750g secer
1 casa
vode
1 sok
od 1 limuna
1kesica vanile ili zrnca od jedne sipke vanile
Priprema:
Skuvati gust sirup od 1 case vode i 750g secera. Dodati dinju isecenu
na kockice i kuvati 5 minuta. Dodati sok od 1 limuna i vanilu pa kuvati dok
masa ne postane staklasta i pocne da se zelira. Sipati u vruce tegle.
