Urmasice or tatlije

Old recipe is with lard.

Ingredients:
250g                    pork lard or 320g margarine
    2                      egg
    4 tablespoon   yogurt
350g                   flour
For syrup:
400g         sugar
    1 cup    water
    1           lemon if you like

Preparation:
Whisk pork lard with 2 egg and yogurt. Add flour and knead the dough. Take a dough and make little ball. Press the ball on the grater and make roller.

Line up in baking tray and bake on 200°C - 392°F about 30min. Take out from tray and line up in container. Overflow with syrup and leave it to soak the syrup.
Syrup:
Melt 400g sugar with 1 cup water. If you like lemon put in syrup several circles of lemon.

Urmasice ili tatlije

Starinski recept je sa mascu.

Sastojci:
250g                    masti ili 320g margarina
    2                      jaj
    4 kasike          kiselog mleka
350g                   brasna
Za sirup:
400g         secera
    1 solja  vode
    1           limun ako volite

priprema:
Umutiti mast sa jajima pa dodati 4 kasike kiselog mleka. Dodati brasno i zamesiti testo. Uzimati testo i praviti male loptice. Pritisnuti loptice uz hrapavu stranu renda i oblikovati valjak. Poredjati testo u pleh i peci na 200°C - 392°F oko 30min. pecene kolacice izvaditi iz pleha i poredjati u sud. Preliti ih sa sirupom. Ostaviti da upiju sirup.
Sirup:
Otopiti 400g secera sa 1 soljom vode. Ako volite limun u sirup mozete dodati i nekoliko krugova limuna.
