Meringues with walnuts


Ingredients:
     4                      egg whites
350 g                    sugar
     4 tablespoon   lemon juice
400 g                    grinded walnuts
For fill:
    4        egg yolks
  20 g    vanilla sugar or 1 vanila
125 g    butter or margarine
  50 g    powdered sugar

Preparation:
Whisk 4 egg whites to a hard pick progressively adding 350 g sugar and 4 tablespoon of lemon juice. Add gently stirring 400 g grinded walnuts. With teaspoon make meringues and line up into the oiled baking tray. Bake meringues on low heat.
This meringues is tasty just like this but you can put together two of them with fill.
Fill:
Mix 4 egg yolks with 20 g vanilla sugar. Separately mix 125 g butter or margarine with 50 g grinded sugar. Stir both mass and with thicker layer put together two of meringues. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Notice: If you like chocolate as I like you can add melted chocolate in fill.

Puslice sa orasima

Sastojci:
     4              belanca
350 g            secera
     4 kasike   limunovog soka
400 g            mlevenih oraha
Za fil:
    4       zumanca
  20 g    vanilin secera ili 1 vanila
125 g    maslaca ili margarina
  50 g    secera u prahu

Priprema:
Umutiti 4 belanca u cvrst sneg postepeno dodajuci 350 g secera i 4 kasike limunovog soka. Lagano umesati 400 g mlevenih oraha. Kasicicom zahvatati puslice i redjati ih u dobro podmazan pleh. Peci ih na slaboj temperaturi.
Ove puslice su ukusne i samo ovako pecene ali ih mozete sastavljati filom.
Fil:
Umutiti 4 zumanca sa 20 g vanilin secera. Odvojeno umutiti 125 g maslaca sa 50 g secera u prahu. Spojiti obe mase i sa debljim slojem fila spajati po dve puslice. Posuti prah secerom.
Napomena: Ukoliko volite cokoladu kao ja dodajte rastopljnu cokoladu u fil.
