One recipe to control your diabetes on nature way:
Recipe:
100g   almond
100g   sesame
100g   linseed
100g   sunflower seeds
100g   pumpkin seeds
100g   coconut
  50g   cinnamon
   Grind all ingredients and 1 tablespoon of mix put into a cup of yogurt or milk and eat every morning.
