Krempita

Ingredients:
    8           eggs
300g +16  tablespoon sugar
     2          tablespoons of warm water
     8          tablespoons flour
200ml       of hot milk
     1l         water
     4          vanilla puddings

Preparation:
-crust:
Mix the egg yolks with 8 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of warm water and add 8 tablespoons of flour. Bake the crust and overflow with 200g of hot sweetened milk.
-cream:
8 egg whites and 8 tablespoons sugar mix to a whipped cream. 9dl water and 300g sugar put to boil. In 1 dl of cold water stir 4 vanilla puddings then put it in boiled water. With wooden spoon stir hot boiled pudding and whipped cream. Put cream over crust and decorate the cake with grated chocolate or whipped cream

Sastojci:
     8           jaja
300g+16   kasika secera
    2           kasike mlake vode
    8           kasika brasna
200ml      vruceg mleka
    1l         vode
    4          pudinga od vanile

Priprema:
-kora:
Umutiti 8 zumanaca sa 8 kasika secera i 2 kasike mlake vode pa dodati 8 kasika brasna. Ispeci koru i preliti je sa 200g vruceg zasladjenog mleka.
-krem:
8 belanaca i 8 kasika secera umutiti u tvrd sam. 9dl vode i 300g secera staviti da provri a u 1dl hladne vode razmutiti 4 pudinga od vanile pa umesati u provrelu vodu. U kuvan, vreo puding dobro varjacom umesati umucen sam. Umuceni krem sipati preko kore i kolac ukrasiti rendanom cokoladom ili slagom.
