Quick dumplings with plums


Ingredients:
    3dl                  milk
    2dl                  water
    2 tablespoon   oil
250g                   semolina
    2                     eggs
    1 teaspoon      baking powder
    1 teaspoon      vanilla sugar
250g                   flour
20-25                  plums
oil or butter and breadcrumbs for frying
sugar and vanilla sugar and as you like cinnamon for topdressing

Preparation:
Boil semolina in water, milk and oil and put to cold. For that time clean plums from pip plum. In cold boiled semolina add eggs, flour with baking powder and vanilla sugar and knead the dough. Put water with a little salt in pot to boil. With wet hands take the dough, make dent and put the plum in it. Make dumplings and put in boiled water. Boil about 10-15 minutes and then take out with perforated spoon. Make dumplings with all dough.
Put oil or butter and breadcrumbs in pan and when it’s a little frying put the dumplings and fry for a while. Take out from pan and sprinkle with sugar with vanilla sugar. Serve warm.

Brze knedle sa sljivama

Sastojci:
    3dl                  mleka
    2dl                  vode
    2 kasike          ulja
250g                   griza
    2                     jajeta
    1 kasicica       praska za pecivo ili 1 kesica
    1 kasicica       vanilin secera
250g                   brasna
20-25                  komada sljiva
ulje ili maslac i prezle za przenje
secer i vanillin secer i ako volite cimet za posipanje

Priprema:
Skuvati griz u vodi, mleku i ulju i ostaviti da se ohladi. Za to vreme ocistiti sljive od koscica. U hladan griz dodati jaja, brasno sa praskom za pecivo i vanilin secer pa zamesiti testo. Staviti malo posoljenu vodu u veci sud da prokljuca. Mokrim rukama uzimati testo, napraviti udubljenje i u njega staviti sljivu. Praviti kuglice – knedle i  stavljati ih u vrelu vodu. Kuvati oko 10-15 minuta pa vaditi rupicastom kasikom. Napraviti knedle od svog testa.
Staviti ulje ili maslac i prezle u tiganj i kad se malo proprze uvaljati knedle u mrvice i kratko proprziti. Izvaditi knedle i posuti ih secerom sa vanillin secerom. Servirati toplo.

200g                   flour
    4dl                  cold water
    2 tablespoon   oil
    1                     egg
                           plums
oil or butter and breadcrumbs for frying
sugar and vanilla sugar and as you like cinnamon for topdressing

Make instant mashed potatoes and add flour, water, oil and egg and knead the dough. Clean plums from pip plum. Put water with a little salt in pot to boil. 200g                   brasna
    4dl                  hladne vode
    2 kasike          ulja
    1                     jaje
                           sljive
ulje ili maslac i prezle za przenje

Napraviti “minut pire” i dodati brasno, vodu, ulje i jaje pa zamesiti testo. Ocistiti sljive od koscica. Staviti malo posoljenu vodu u veci sud da prokljuca. Mokrim rukama uzimati testo, napraviti udubljenje i u njega staviti sljivu. Praviti kuglice – knedle i  stavljati ih u vrelu vodu. Kuvati oko 5-10 minuta pa vaditi rupicastom kasikom.
