Homemade cream cheese


Ingredients:
2+1+1 l            milk
2 tablespoon    fruit vinegar
to taste           salt

Preparation:
Boil 2l milk and add 2 tablespoon fruit vinegar in warm milk. Stir it and leave for 24 hours. After 24 hours in that milk add 1l warm milk and stir it. After another 24 hour repeat the process. Once more time live it for 24 hour and after that pours the mass in gauze and hangs it to drain. When it drains well put in bowl, add salt to taste and mix it well with hand mixer. 
Put, on that way made cream cheese, in container and leave into the fridge until to use.

Domaci krem sir

Sastojci:
2+1+1 l            mleko
2 kasike           vocnog siceta
po ukusu          so

Priprema:
Skuvati 2l mleka i u toplo mleko dodati 2 kasike vocnog ili vinskog sirceta. Promesati i ostaviti 24 sata da otstoji. Posle 24 sata dodati u ovo mleko jos 1l toplog mleka i promesati. Ostaviti da otstoji jos 24 sata pa ponoviti postupak. Jos jednom ostaviti 24 sata pa sipati masu u gazu iobesiti da se sir ocedi. Kad se sir lepo ocedi staviti sir u sud, posoliti po ukusu i dobro izmiksati mixerom. Odloziti, na ovaj nacin pripremljen krem sir u posudu sa poklopcem i drzati u frizideru do upotrebe.
