Argentine cevap

Ingredients:
For cevap:
  ½ kg   minced meat
2-3        potato boiled in peel
   1        egg
   1        egg yolk
   5g      baking powder
             spice, pepper and salt to taste
For frying:
   2        egg white
some    breadcrumbs       
For sauce:
200g                 sour cream
2-3 tablespoon  mayonnaise
   1 teaspoon      mustard
2-3 clove           chopped garlic
some                  celery    
For daub:
   1 slice      cheese
   1 cube      butter
2-3              boiled egg
                   ketchup and horseradish

Preparation:
Cevap:
Mix all ingredients and leave it in fridge about hour. Make cevap (take the meat with tablespoon and make roller).
Whisk 2 egg whites and dip the made cevap, then roll in the breadcrumbs and fry it.
Sauce:
Mix all ingredients.
Daub:
Give change cheese and boiled eggs and then mix it with butter and ketchup or horseradish.
Serve:
Daub the cevap and put sauce over it.

Sastojci:
Za cevap:
  ½ kg   mlevenog mesa
2-3        krompira barena u ljusci
   1        jaje
   1        zumance
   5g      praska za pecivo
             Zacin, biber i so po ukusu
Za przenje:
   2        belanca
malo     prezli     
Za sos:
200g             pavlake
2-3 kasike     majoneza
   1 kasicice   senfa
2-3 cesnja      seckanog belog lika
malo              celera    
Za premaz:
   1 velija    sira
   1 kocka    maslaca
2-3              barena jajeta
                   Kecap ili ren

Priprema:
Cevap:
Zamesiti sve sastojke i ostaviti u frizider oko sat vremena. Praviti cevape (uzimati meso kasikomi praviti valjke).
Umutiti 2 belanceta i u njih umakati napravljene cevape a zatim u prezle i prziti.
Sos:
Umutiti sve sastojke.
Premaz:
Usitniti sir i barena jaja a zatim ih pomesati sa maslacem i kecapom ili renom.
Servirati:
Premazati namazom cevap i preliti ga sosom.
