lazanja rolne punjene sa spanacem
Ingredients:
8 Lasagna noodles, cooked
1 (10 ounce) package frozen
chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1 (15 ounce) container ricotta
cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon seasonings
1 (15 ounce) pizza sauce
1 cup shredded
mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper, if desired
Sastojci:
- 8 lazanja kora, obarenih
- 300g smrznutog iseckanog spanaca, otopljenog i
dobro ocedjenog
– 425g rikota sira
– ½ solje parmezana
– 1 jaje
– ½ kasicice mlevenog belog luka
– ½ kasicice zacina
– 425g pizza sosa
– 1 solja rendanog mocarela sira
– so, biber ako volite
Preparation –
Priprema:
Preheat oven to
350ºF. – Zagrejte rernu na 180ºC.
In a medium bowl
combine spinach, ricotta, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, and Italian seasonings.
Add salt and pepper if desired. – U posudi srednje
velicine pomesajte spanac, rikota sir, parmezan, jaje, beli luk i zacin.
Dodajte so i biber po ukusu.
Dry noodles with a paper towel and lay them on
parchment or wax paper. Cut each noodle in half. Fill each noodle with 2-3
tablespoons of the ricotta mixture, leaving an inch empty on one side of the
noodle. Start rolling each noodle up, ending on the side that has one inch
empty. This is so that the filling doesn't spill out the end. – Obarene kore za lazanje osusite papirnim ubrusom i
polozite na papir za pecenje. Isecite kore na pola. Filujte svaku koru sa 2-3
kasicice pripremljene mase od rikota sira ostavljajuci oko 2cm na jednom kraju
bez fila. Urolajte kore tako da je deo bez fila na kraju. To je stoga da se fil
ne razliva.
Slice each noodle in half with a sharp knife and place
roll seam side down in a wax paper. Make sure you have a 1-2 inch edge so you
can cover it with foil later and not mess up the rolls. If you like your pasta
with crispy edges, no need to cover it. –
Isecite rolne na polovinu ostrim nozem i poredjajte na papir za pecenje.
Poredjajte tako da imate oko 2.5 – 5 cm od ivice kako bi mogli da pokrijete
folijom rolnice a da ih ne "zabrljate". Ukoliko volite hrskave korice
nije potrebno pokrivati ih.
Place 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce on top of each roll
and top each with a teaspoon of mozzarella. –
Stavite kasicicu pizza sosa na svaku rolnu i pospite sa kasicicom rendane
mocarele.
Cover roll tightly with foil and bake for 18-20
minutes or until the cheese inside melted. Serve with warm pizza sauce for
dipping. – Pokrijte rolnice pazljivo sa folijom i pecite
18-20 minuta ili dok se sir ne rastopi. Posluzite vruce sa pizza sosom za
umakanje.
