Baiadera - Bajadera



Baiadera

Ingredients:
400g                   sugar
    8 tablespoon   water
150g                   biscuit crumbs
150g                 ground walnuts (you can put coconut flour or hazelnut or almond instead ground walnuts)
150g                   butter
    3 rib                melted chocolate
For cake ice:
    1 tablespoon   sugar
    3 tablespoon   water
2-4 rib                 chocolate
    1 teaspoon      oil

Preparation:
Put on the stove 400g of sugar and 8 tablespoon of water to melt it. Add 150g biscuit crumbs and 150g ground walnuts and mix it well. Remove from stove and add 150g butter. Mix it well and divide it into two equal parts. In one of them put 3 ribs of melted chocolate.
First put on the plate the part of chocolate and stretch it thickness 1.5cm, then over it stretch the white part.
Cake ice:
Put all ingredients in saucepan. Melt it until it reaches a density of honey.
Overflow the cake with cake ice and let it to chill out.

Bajadera

Sastojci:
400g                   secera
    8 kasike          vode
150g                   mlevenog keksa
150g                   mlevenih oraha (mozete staviti kokosovo brasno ili lesnik ili badem umesto oraha)
150g                   maslaca
    3 rebra            otopljene cikolade
Za glazuru:
    1 kasike          secera
    3 kasike          vode
 2-4 rebra            cokolade
    1 kasicice        ulja

Priprema:
Otopiti 400g secera i 8 kasika vode na tihoj vatri. Dodati 150g mlevenog keksa i 150g mlevenih oraha. Masu dobro izmesati. Skloniti sa vatre i dodati 150g maslaca. Dobro izmesati i podeliti na dva jednaka dela. U jedan deo staviti 3 rebra otopljene cokolade.
Na posluzavnik staviti prvo deo sa cokoladom i rastanjiti ga na debljinu 1.5cm. Preko tamnog dela staviti beli deo – bez cokolade i rastanjiti ga.
Glazura:
Staviti u serpicu sve sastojke i otopiti ih do gustine meda
Preliti glazuru preko keksa i ostaviti da se stegne.
