Noodles with cabbage - Flekice sa kupusom

You can eat it in time of fasting



Noodles with cabbage

Ingredients:
    1       medium head green cabbage (1-1.5kg), chopped
    1       large onion, chopped (optionally, then first fry onion and then add cabbage)
400g     noodles
             salt and pepper to taste
             oil, butter or margarine for stewing

Preparation:
Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil. Stir in pasta and return to a boil. Cook pasta until tender but still slightly firm, about 12 minutes. Drain well and set aside.
While the noodles cook, melt the butter in a large skillet over low heat. Add the cabbage to the melted butter; season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook until the cabbage begins to brown (until all the water has evaporated), about 15 minutes. Stir the drained noodles into the cabbage; cook and stir until the noodles begin to brown, about 5 minutes.

Flekice sa kupusom

Sastojci:
    1       srednja glavica kupusa (1-1.5kg), iseckana na rezance
    1       veca glavica crnog luka,iseckanog (ako zelite, onda prvo isprziti luk pa dodati kupus)
400g     flekice, testenina
             So i biber po ukusu
             ulje, maslac ili margarine za przenje

Priprema:
Staviti veci suds a slanom vodom da provri. U provrelu vodu sipati testo i vratiti da se kuva. Kuvati dok testo ne postane mekano ali ipak da se ne rastura, oko 12 minuta. Procediti testo i ostaviti na stranu.
Dok se testo kuva otopiti maslac u dubljoj posudi na laganoj vatri pa dodati kupus da se polako dinsta. Zaciniti solju i biberom po ukusu. Poklopiti i dinstati dok kupus ne omeksa i postane blago braon boje (dok sva voda koju je kupus otpustio ne ispari), oko 15 minuta. Umesati testo sa kupusom i dinstati dok se sve lepo ne uprzi, oko 5 minuta.
