Bannock with cheese

Ingredients:
250g                         margarine
1                                         egg
1                                         yolks
    2 cups of coffee   milk
    2 teaspoon            salt
    1 teaspoon            sugar
  20g                         yeast or 1 bag of dry yeast
500g                         flour

For filling:
250g   cheese or more if you like (for fill you can use fried minced meat, crackling, …)
1          egg

Preparations:
Mix 250g margarine and add 1 egg and 1 yolks, 2 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar. To this mass add melted yeast in milk and knead all with 500g of flour.
This dough divides on 4 parts and from each stretch the crust thickness 2mm. Each crust bespread with fill of crushed cheese and 1 egg. Roll the crust and cut into slices thickness of a finger. Line up into the baking tray. Daub it with remaining mixed egg whites. Bake it in moderate temperature.
 You can make this bannock with different fill, maybe sweetly - with jam or grinded walnut, hazelnut, almond, ... in warm well sweetened milk. Then add 1 teaspoon of salt in dough.

Pogacice sa sirom

Sastojci:
250g               margarina
1                       jaje
    1                 zumance
    2 soljice      mleka
    2 kasicice   soli
    1 kaiscica   secera
  20g               kvasca ili 1 kesica suvog kvasca
500g               brasna

Za fil:
250g   sira ili vise – po ukusu (moze i mleveno meso, cvarci, …)
1          jaje

Priprema:
Umutiti 250g margarina i dodati jedno jaje i jedno zumance, 2 kafene kasicice soli i 1 kasicicu secera. Toj masi dodati rastopljeni kvasac u mleku i sve zamesiti sa 500g brasna.
Dobijeno testo podeliti na 4 dela i od svakog razviti koru debljine 2mm. Svaku koru premazati filom od  izdrobljenog sira pomesanim sa jednim jajetom. Uviti u rolat pa seci parcice debljine prsta i redjati ih u pleh. Premazati umucenim preostalim belancetom. Peci na umerenoj vatri.

Ove pogacice mozete praviti sa razlicitim filovima, mozda slatke sa dzemom ili poparenim mlevenim orasima, lesnicima, bademima, … u vrelom dobro zasladjenom mleku. Tada staviti 1 kasicicu soli u testo
