Tolumbe





Baked tolumbe

Ingredients:
    4 dl   water
    3 dl   oil
250g     flour
    7       eggs
For syrup:
4 cup of 2 dl   sugar
2 cup of 2 dl   water
1                                      lemon

Preparation:
Put water and oil to boil. Remove from stove and mix flour in water. Put on the stove for a while. Mix it well and remove. In warm mass put one by one egg and mix after every egg. Put mass in syringe for tolumbe 



and line up tolumbe in baking tray. Worm up oven to 250°C - 482°F. Put the making tolumbe into the oven. Bake it for 15 minutes on 250°C - 482°F and then reduce temperature on 200°C – 392F and bake for 5 minutes more. Remember don’t open oven while bake tolumbe. After 20 minutes open the oven and remove the tray with tolumbe. Line up tolumbe in some deeper vessels. It’s the best to line up only one row (not one over other). If you put one over other tolumbe on top can’t absorb the syrup. When you bake all tolumbe overflow them with syrup.
Syrup:
Melt sugar in water and add slices of lemon. Boil that to density that if turn over syrup from tablespoon it drip 2 drop at the same time.

Tolumbe koje se pece

Sastojci:
    4 dl   vode
    3 dl   ulja
250g     brasna
    7       jaja
Za sirup:
4 solje od 2 dl   secera
2 solje od 2 dl   vode
1                        limun

Priprema:
Staviti vodu i ulje da provri. Skloniti sa sporeta i umesati brasno. Vratiti na sporet i dobro izmesati pa skloniti. U vrucu masu dobro umesati jedno po jedno jaje i dobro umutiti posle svakog jajeta. Staviti masu u spric za tolumbe i istisnuti tolumbe u pleh. Zagrejati rerun na  250°C - 482°F. Staviti pleh u rerun i peci 15 minuta na 250°C - 482°F a onda smanjiti temperaturu na 200°C – 392F i peci jos 5 minuta. Zapamtite – nikako ne otvarati rerun dok se tolumbe pece. Posle 20 minuta otvoriti rerun i izvaditi tolumbe. Redjati ih u dublji sud, najbolje u jednom redu jer ako su poredjani jedan preko drugog moze se desiti da oni na vrhu ne upiju sirup. Pecene tolumbe preliti sirupom.
Syrup:
Otopiti secer u vodi i dodati krugove limuna. Kuvati sirup do gustine kad sa kasike kaplju 2 kapi istovremeno kad se sirup izruci iz nje.
