Baked beans
Ingredients for 4 persons:
500g white bean
500g onion
meat, sausage, bacon, fried eggs s a side dish
Preparation:
Cook the beans. Chop onion on ribs. Fry chopped
onion with salt (when you add salt to onion it smells less). When onion is
glazy add pepper and cayenne pepper and remove from stove. Beans are
ready when the seeds are pulpy (when you press the seeds through the fingers
mass must be a puree not grained). Then arrange in oiled earthen vessel one
layer (½) beans without water, all onion over it and on the top another ½ beans.
Pour the water of cooked beans only to cover the beans and put into the oven. Over
the top of beans you can put rings of tomato. Bake on 250°C - 482°F to
water evaporate and top of beans get beautiful baked crust.
Serve the baked beans with slice of fried meat, sausage, bacon or egg
(or whatever you like).

Prebranac
Sastojci za 4 osobe:
500g pasulja tetovca
500g crnog luka
meso, kobasica, slanina, jaja na oko kao prilog
Priprema:
Kuvati pasulj. Iseckati
crni luk na rebarca. Prziti posoljen seckan crni luk (ako se crni luk przi
posoljen manje mirise). Kada je luk staklast dodati biber i alevu papriku i
skloniti sa sporeta. Pasulj je kuvan kada su zrna mekana (ako se zrno smelja
izmedju prstiju treba da se dobije pire a ne zrnasta struktura). U
nauljenu zemljanu posudu redjati sloj (½) pasulja bez vode, preko toga sav luk i
na kraju drugu polovinu pasulja. Preliti pasulj vodom u kojoj se kuvao samo da
ogrezne i staviti u rernu da se pece. Preko pasulja se mogu staviti kolutovi
paradajza. Peci na temperaturi 250°C - 482°F da voda uvri i pasulj dobije lepu pecenu
koricu.
Servirati sa parcetom mesa, kobasice, slanine ili jaja na oko (ili staged
volite).
