Breaded zucchini - Pohovane tikvice




Breaded zucchini

Ingredients:
1 kg             zucchini
4                  eggs
                    flour
1                  large onion
2 teaspoon   baking powder
                    salt, pepper, ketchup, cayenne pepper
                    oil for frying

Preparation:
Grate the zucchini and add salt to release water. 


Finely chop onion. 


Whisk eggs and add flour to the density mass for American pancakes. Add salt, zucchini, onion, pepper, ketchup, cayenne pepper and baking powder. 

Take mass with tablespoon and fry. Fried zucchini remove onto the paper towel to absorb the grease. Serve hot with mashed potatoes, peas, rice or meat ... but it may serve as a main dish. It's delicious and cold.
If you prefer garlic then onion instead onion, ketchup and cayenne pepper you can put in the mass chopped garlic.

Pohovane tikvice

Sastojci:
1 kg             tikvica
4                  jaja
                    brasno
1                  veliki crni luk
2 kasicice    praska za pecivo
                    so, biber, kecap, aleva paprika
                    ulje za przenje

Priprema:
Izrendati tikvice i posoliti da otpuste vodu. Sitno iseckati veliku glavicu crnog luka. Umutiti jaja i dodati brasno da masa bude gusca nego za palacinke. Dodati so, tikvice, luk biber, kecap, alevu paprika i prasak za pecivo. Uzimati masu kasikom i prziti. Przene tikvice vaditi na papirnu salvetu da upije visak masnoce. Servirati vruce uz pire krompir, grasak, pirinac ili meso… ali moze se jesti i kao posebno jelo. Ukusno je i hladno.
Ukoliko vise volite beli luk od crnog mozete umesto crnog luka, bibera, kecapa i aleve paprike dodati u masu seckan beli luk.
