cake
Ingredients:
For crust:
8 eggs
8 tablespoon sugar
8 tablespoon flour
For fill:
6 eggs
12 tablespoon sugar
250g butter
or margarine (the best solution is ½ butter and ½ margarine)
100g powdered sugar
600g cutting
fruit (strawberries, raspberries, maybe peach, pineapple
or whatever you like, but only one of them)
For coating:
3-4 bags whipped
cream or 200g
Preparation:
Crust:
Whisk eggs with sugar and then add flour. Pour the mass into round mold for baking and bake on
temperature 180-200°C (356-392°F). The crust is ready when you thrust a toothpick
into it and in toothpick is no trace of cake. Remove crust from mold and leave
it to cold. The cold crust cut the thin layer from top and another layer from
the bottom of the crust. Middle of the crust chopped into small pieces and mix
with cutting fruit.
Fill:
Whisk eggs with sugar and
then cook on the steam. Cream is ready when you pull the bottom of the dish
with the mixing spoon and see the trace. While the cream is cooling you can mix
the butter with powdered sugar. Mix then the cold cream and mixing butter and
mix it well. Leave aside about 2 tablespoon of cream for coating the cake. Add
then in cream cutting fruit and chopped crust. Mix all that ingredients with
mixing spoon to compacting fill.
Put one thin crust on the
salver and put all fill and form the cake. Put the other thin crust over the
fill and daub with left cream. Bespread all the cake with whipped cream and
decorate.

Za koru:

8 kasika brasna
Za fil:

ili margarin (najbolje je kombinovati ½ maslac i ½ margarin)
100g secer u prahu
600g seckano voce
(jagode, maline mozda breskve, ananas ili voce koje vi volite ali samo jednu
vrstu)
Za premazivanje:
3-4 kesice slaga ili
200g
Priprema:
Kora:
Umutiti jaja sa secerom pa polako umesati brasno. Sipati masu u kalup
za tortu i peci na temperaturi 180-200°C (356-392°F). Zabosti cackalicu u koru i ako ne ostaje trag
od testa kora je gotova. Izvaditi koru iz kalupa i ostaviti da se ohladi. Kad
se kolac ohladi iseci tanak sloj – koru sa dna kolaca i drugu tanku koru sa
vrha. Preostalu sredinu testa sitno izdrobiti i pomesati sa seckanim vocem.
Fil:
Umutiti jaja sa secerom a
zatim kuvati na pari. Krem je gotov kad ostaje trag na dnu suda pri povlacenju
varjace. Dok se krem hladi umutiti maslac sa prah secerom. Pomesati hladan krem
sa umucenim maslacem. Ostaviti 2 kasike krema za premazivanje gornje kore. U krem
dodati mesavinu voca i izmrvljenog testa. Dobro sjediniti.
Staviti donju koru na
tacnu za tortu pa na nju izruciti fil. Oblikovati fil kao tortu pa prekriti
gornjom korom. Premazati koru ostavljenim filom bez voca. Premazati celu tortu
umucenim slagom i ukrasiti.
