Log cake - Panj torta



Log cake

Ingredients:
For crust:
    6                     eggs
    6 tablespoon   sugar
120g                   ground walnuts
    2 tablespoon   flour
For fill:
    4       eggs
250g     sugar
250g     butter
   4 rib   chocolate
For griliash:
100g     sugar
100g     ground walnuts

Preparation:
Crust:
Whisk egg white to a hard pick. Mix egg yolks with sugar with mixer and then add ground walnuts and flour mixing with mixing spoon. Add snow of egg white mixing slowly. Pour the mass into the longer rectangular baking tray. Bake the crust about 20 minutes on 180°C - 356°F. Baked crust wraps in dabby napkin and leave to cold.
Griliash:
Melt the sugar to caramel and put the ground walnuts and mix it well. Outpour the mass into the oiled saucer and leave to cold. Grind it.
Fill:
Mix eggs with sugar and cook by steaming to a cream. In cold cream add whipped butter and mix it well. Divide mass into the two parts. In one part add ground griliash and in the other add chocolate.
Separate some fill with chocolate for coating the cake.
Fill the crust with cream with chocolate and over that with cream of griliash and roll it. Coating the cake with separated cream and designed the cake like log with fork.

Panj torta

Sastojci:
Za koru:
    6                     jaja
    6 kasika          secera
120g                   mlevenih oraha
    2 kasika          brasna
Za fil:
    4              jaja
250g            secera
250g            maslaca
   4 stangle   cokolade
Za grilijas:
100g     secera
100g     mlevenih oraha

Priprema:
Kora:
Umutiti cvrst sneg od belanaca. Posebno mutiti zumanca sa secerom pa dodati mlevene orahe i brasno mesajuci varjacom i na kraju dodati sneg od belanaca. Sipati masu u sto duzi pravougaoni pleh i peci oko 20 minuta na temperaturi od 180°C - 356°F. Pecenu koru umotati u vlaznu krpu i ostaviti da se ohladi.
Grilijas:
Rastopiti secer u karamel i dodati orahe. Lepo izmesati pa izruciti na nauljen tanjir i ostaviti da se ohladi pa samleti na masini za orahe.
Fil:
Umutiti jaja sa secerom i kuvati na pari. Kad se dovoljno zgusne skloniti sa pare i ostaviti da se ohladi. U ohladjen krem dodati umucen maslac i lepo izjednaciti masu. Podeliti crem na dva dela i u jedan deo dodati grilijas, a u drugi cokoladu.
Odvojiti malo crema sa cokoladom za premazivanje torte.
Filovati koru cokoladnim cremom pa preko njega cremom sa grilijasom i uviti u rolat. Premazati tortu ostavljenim cremom sa cokoladom i isarati viljuskom u vidu drveta.
